RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Basic Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please e-mail us at support@gypsysun.com for return/exchange instructions.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, we must receive the product back unused, in its original packaging and with the original invoice.

 

 How do I exchange a hat for a different size?

  • If your hat doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that you have not worn besides trying on). 
  • Make sure to include details on the correct size needed to be sent back.  
  • You have 30 days to exchange your item.
    • Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your return, contact us at support@gypsysun.com

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?

  • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at support@gypsysun.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  
  • We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We will send you the new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

 

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our standard US shipping cost are between $4-$8.

Do you ship internationally?

  • We currently only ship within U.S.A. & Colombia

How do I track my package?

  • You will usually receive an e-mail within 5-7 days of your purchase with your items tracking information. You can check on the status of your order directly through a link provided in your e-mail or by contacting the customer support desk at support@gypsysun.com.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • It usually takes 7-14 business days for your item to arrive.

 I ordered 2+ items, but only received one. Where is my order?

  • When you order multiple items at a time we may pack and ship them separately to avoid damage in transit, You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.
